Lechmuseum

Description
The Lech Museum sees its mission as a contemporary center for presenting culture, history and literature with supra-regional significance and appeal. Its special exhibits and publications focus especially on socially relevant topics. The Huber House—built in the 16th century and inhabited by the Huber family up into modern times—was converted into a public museum in 2005. Regularly changing special exhibits and a diverse event program are devoted primarily to cultural-historical themes. Culture along the trail: The abandoned Schöneberg farmstead and the Wang-Hus are part of the Lechmuseum. Both monuments can only be reached on foot during the summer months and are free to visit.
