Description
The over 300-year-old Paarhof Buacher is an impressive example of Walser settlement culture in Brandnertal. Originally located in the parcel Tschapina, the historical property was carefully dismantled between 1991 and 1993 and rebuilt in the town center of Bürserberg. Since its opening in 1993, the building has housed the local museum of the community. Today, the Paarhof Buacher vividly offers insights into the former life and work of the mountain farmers and makes the special architectural style and culture of the Walser experienceable.
